Sophie - Chief Propeller
Sophie founded Propel following her frustration with her own experience of the Rec2Rec industry.
Having worked for numerous recruitment companies as a Consultant and Manager and then working as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner, she experienced both sides of Rec2Rec as a candidate and client. No-one really listened or seemed to genuinely care, it just felt like everyone was desperately filling roles!
This resulted in the determination to create a better way. A genuine partner to the recruitment industry with a mission of propelling both recruiters and recruitment companies to new heights.
